3. When will my delivery begin?
Delivery will commence within 1 business day after we confirm
payment is received, based on your preferred start date indicated on your subscription
order. If you wish to begin delivery within 24 hours of the submission of the order,
please contact us at (852) 3641 8038 or send an email to
info@newspaperdirect-hk.com and we will do our best to make special
arrangements for you.
4. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories
and Macau with special services to outlying islands. Delivery is free to HK Island
and Kowloon. Additional charges may apply for delivery to other areas. We will always
confirm that the subscriber agrees to any extra charge before delivery commences.
5. What should I do if my newspaper does not arrive or is damaged?
Notify us by calling our customer service hotline at +(852)
3641 8038 or by email at order@newspaperdirect-hk.com. Normally, we will replace
on the same or next day. Otherwise, we will extend your subscription accordingly.
We do our best to notify you of late delivery.
6. If I travel or go on vacation and wish to temporarily suspend delivery, how is
it handled?
If you notify us in advance, we will suspend delivery, and
your subscription will be suspended for the time you are away. Visit our
Temporarily Suspend Delivery page, or contact
us. The lead-time to suspend delivery is 3 business days from the date
you make the request. The subscription will be automatically extended accordingly.
7. Is my personal information safe?
We do not share your information with companies outside of
NewspaperDirect and its parent company, Icicle Group. We may however provide your
information to our affiliates and other third parties in order to fulfill your subscription
request, process data and provide you with promotional materials. If you do not
wish to receive further promotional materials, please check the appropriate boxes
when processing an order on our website, or notify us via email
info@newspaperdirect-hk.com (attn Customer Service Department). All forms
with payment options use 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially available level
of encryption. All your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit
over the Internet. You should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which
indicates that the encryption is taking place.

9. Can I cancel my subscription and get refund of un-delivered issues?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime and we will
arrange a refund of un-delivered issues . Please provide at least 7 business days’
notice, or an administration fee of HK$300 will apply. We would also appreciate
knowing your reason for cancelling, so that we may improve our service.
10. Is there a return policy?
Newspapers purchased through this NewspaperDirect site are
printed as they are ordered. Because each order is unique to the customer, we cannot
accept returns for newspapers already printed or delivered. Subscribers may cancel
unused subscriptions and get a refund for un-delivered issues. Please see question
number 9 for details.
